March Madness

Well it has been a busy month of March here on the Kapiti Coast! There has been a real mixture of ups and downs I can tell you.  Liam has been hard at it with repairs to rentals, tramping and replacing windows here while the kids and I have been making the most of a few fairs and rainy day crafting in between biscuit selling, baking and swimming.

Since there is a risk of me not writing this before the end of the month and since 'a picture is worth a thousand words' I thought I would just post a collection of photos and captions :)

View from Rangiwahia Hut on Liam's tramp (hike)

Becoming a Waikane Kea and receiving his Kapiti Coastal scarf.

Baking days - the kids love them.... or should I say they love the products of them!

Proud boy who got to bring home Koa Kea for being so awesome at his group.

Painting the rentals - Liam had a big task to sort out!!

Final goodbyes and snuggles with Boney.

Garden Harvests which then became for sale in themselves 'garden pub'?!!

Happy sewing up his pirate and his hat.

Herself and her dolly. She did everything herself from template to making clothes.

Out with the 'old' aluminium and ......

in with the 'new' wooden window, to fit with the rest of the house, ready for bathroom extensions..
