Here are a few recipes that I have found good.  They have just been listed as is however if you would like to find them more readily under headings then go to my website by clicking on the following link and scrolling down; http://www.becominghealthy.co.nz/Skincare%20Products.html

Stick Deodorant
The first step of this is to source a wind up deodorant container.  They can be purchased in 1000 lot boxes but I'm guessing for most of you saving up an old one or begging the rellies for one is the best option.  You will need 3 x 40gm containers for this recipe.  Once you have the containers clean them thoroughly with boiling water and dry.

You Need:
1/4 cup Baking Soda
1/4 cup Arrowroot powder
6 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (you will need to heat this to change it into a liquid)
24 drops of Essential Oil (I use Lavender because of its antibacterial properties)

-  Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl and gradually add the Essential Oil in.
-  Using a teaspoon fill your empty deodorant containers - makes 3 x 40gm
-  Store containers you are not currently using in the fridge till needed.

NB:  This recipe will soften with heat so keep in a cool place.  If you find the above recipe a bit 'gritty' under the arms then you can add less Baking soda, adjusting the amount of coconut oil to get the right consistency.

Daily Moisturiser and Body Oil

This is a really easy and cost effective moisturiser that also works as an insect repellent.  I have used Lavender Essential oil as it is great for calming, toning, soothing along with being a natural insect repellent (a most where I live!!).  See http://www.netherfield.co.nz/lavender-uses.php for more information on the properties of Lavender

You Need:
120 ml Sweet Almond Oil
45 drops of Lavender Essential Oil

- Mix together in a dark bottle.
- Store  out of the sun to keep moisturiser fresh

Fizzy Relaxing Soak The ingredients in this help to relax your muscles and nervous system while soothing you physically and emotionally.

You Need:
125 gm Epsom Salts
125 gm Baking Soda
5 drops Marjoram Essential Oil
5 drops Lavender Oil

- Mix together in a bowl.
- Fill a recylced jar and pop in the bathroom for easy access.
